LeashAgain ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the LeashAgain mobile application and website (the "Service"). Dog-Related Information
To provide personalized guidance, we may collect your dog's name, breed or breed mix, age, behavioral challenges, health or dietary information (voluntarily provided by you), and training progress data. This information is used solely to generate personalized training recommendations.
Usage Data
We automatically collect app interactions, training plan usage, feature engagement, device information, IP address, and analytics data.
2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, we process your data under the following legal bases: contractual necessity, to provide the Service; consent, where you voluntarily provide data (e.g. dog information); and legitimate interests, to improve our product, analytics, and security.

We use data to provide AI-powered training guidance, personalize your experience, improve product performance, analyze usage and engagement, communicate with you, process payments, and ensure platform security.
4. Artificial Intelligence
LeashAgain uses AI to generate recommendations. Important: AI outputs are automated, they may not always be accurate, and they are for educational purposes only. Users remain responsible for decisions regarding their dogs.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with payment providers, analytics tools, cloud infrastructure, and customer support tools. All third parties are required to protect your data.
6. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country, including Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. When data is transferred outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and secure cloud infrastructure.
